No unregistered guests. Please notify us if you'd like to add any additional guests to your rental agreement.

Absolutely no parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests. Drug use and excessive drinking are prohibited.
no pets
Please no pets, wildlife or animals of any kind on the property at any time. Please do not feed our cats or wildlife.
no noise
Please no excessive noise, music or rowdy behaviour. Disturbances to the neighbors will not be tolerated.
damage
Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that we can repair or replace the damaged item.
