Arrival & check in

Check In  |  3:00pm

Check-in time is anytime after 3 PM. You can find the rental key in the lockbox next to the main entrance of garden Apartment. The passcode will be sent prior to arrival. After you have checked out, place the key back in the lockbox.

Check Out | 11:00am

Check-out time is 11 AM or earlier. Please ensure you check out by the specified time, as the cleaning team will arrive shortly after. Before you check out, please ensure that you placed the towels and bedsheets on the bathroom floor or the laundry basket. Make sure you do not forget any personal items.

Climate

Due to part of the Apartment being below ground climate is nice and cool in the summer and heated by electric during the cold months.

Tap Water

Austrian tap water is of top quality and safe to drink, with strict regulations in place to ensure its purity.

Supplies

You will find restroom paper in the cabinet behind the bathroom door. If any other supplys are needed please message us.
